The content of proteins, protein fractions, hydroxyproline, sialic and uronic acids, and also that of insulin-like growth factor-1 was studied. The fraction of the main group has been found to consist of polypeptide- and carbohydrate-origin components and to contain more than 20-fold higher concentration of insulin-like growth factor-1 in comparison with the reference group fraction.
