Auto- and paracrine function of skeletal muscles normally and for pathology
Abstract
The ability of skeletal muscles to produce the growth factors regulating the proper muscle metabolism according to the system of auto- and paracrine regulation is demonstrated in the work, as well as the metabolism and functional state of the organs surrounding the muscles (bone, nerves).
