The effectiveness of cryosurgical method using in treatment of patients with complex regional pain syndrome
Abstract
The use of periarterial cryosympathodestruction in complex treatment of patients with complex regional pain syndrome allows to achieve positive results in 96% of observations. While using traditional methods of treatment the effectiveness doesn’t exceed 50% of cases due to the continuing decompensation of peripheral blood flow and vegetative profile.
