Выявлены математические корреляции между радиоиммунными и биохимическими показателями на различных этапах лечения. Исследуются также изменение регуляции и состояние репаративного остеогенеза после стимуляции созданием компрессионных усилий на основании критериев, разработанных в РНЦ ВТО им. акад. Г.А.Илизарова.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Biochemical indices, reflecting reparative osteogenesis process, and content of osteotropic hormones were studied in 17 patients during femoral elongation in automatic mode. Mathematical correlations of radioimmune and biochemical indices at different stages of treatment were revealed. Regulation change and reparative osteogenesis condition are also studied after stimulation by producing compression forces on the basis of the criteria, worked out at Russian Ilizarov Scientific Center "Restorative Traumatology and Orthopaedics".</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>стафилококки</kwd><kwd>неферментирующие бактерии</kwd><kwd>протей</kwd><kwd>хронический остеомиелит</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
