Апробация устройства позволила выявить, что характерное снижение упругости кожных покровов в процессе выполнения пробы было более выражено у спортсменов и взрослых здоровых людей по сравнению с детьми и подростками. У дезадаптированных к физическим нагрузкам больных в условиях лечения по Илизарову выше исходные показатели упругости, что связано с гипергидратацией тканей, меньше уровень работоспособности и амплитуда изменений показателя упругости тканей.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A new device for assessment of biomechanical properties of human skin integuments is proposed, which can be used in the process of testing with veloergometric load.
Evaluation of the device allows to reveal, that characteristic decrease of skin integument elasticity during testing is more marked in sportsmen and sound adult subjects in comparison with children and adolescents. Initial indices of elasticity are higher in patients, disadapted to physical loads, during the treatment according to Ilizarov, that is connected with hyperhydration of tissues, less level of fitness to work and amplitude of changes in the index of tissue elasticity.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кальцийфосфатные материалы</kwd><kwd>имплантация</kwd><kwd>гемоглобин</kwd><kwd>эритроциты</kwd><kwd>лейкоциты</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
