В сообщении обосновывается актуальность проблемы лечения больных с привычными вывихами плеча. Описана новая методика лечения данной патологии с применением метода чрескостного остеосинтеза по Илизарову. Делается вывод о высокой эффективности предлагаемой методики лечения данной категории больных.
Actuality of the problem of treatment in patients with habitual dislocations of the shoulder is substantiated in the work. A new technique of the pathology treatment, using the method of transosseous osteosynthesis according to Ilizarov, is described. The conclusion is made about high effectiveness of the proposed technique for treatment of such patients.
