Формирование дистракционного костного регенерата контролировали методом фотонной абсорбциометрии. На протяжении периода дистракции и фиксации содержание минералов в срединной зоне регенерата было ниже, чем в остальных его участках. К моменту окончания фиксации минеральные вещества распределялись равномерно по длине дистракционного костного регенерата.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Both humeri of 17 achondroplasia patients aged from 12 to 16 years were lengthened using the method of bifocal distractional transosseous osteosynthesis. The formation of distractional regenerate bone was controlled by the method of рhoton absorptiometry. During distraction and fixation mineral content in medial area of the regenerate was lower, than in its other parts.
