В сообщении обосновывается актуальность проблемы лечения больных с тяжелыми повреждениями таза. Описана методика чрескостного остеосинтеза при вышеуказанных повреждениях. Делается вывод о высокой эффективности предлагаемого способа для лечения данной категории пострадавших.
Actuality of the problem concerning treatment of patients with severe pelvic injuries is substantiated in the work. Technique of transosseous osteosynthesis is described for the above-mentioned injuries. A conclusion is drawn about high effectiveness of the proposed technique for the given category of patients.
