В 1991 г. J. Karlsson и L. Peterson предложили шкалу для оценки функционального состояния голеностопного сустава. Данный опросник позволяет оценить боль, ощущение неустойчивости и нарушение повседневной активности с помощью девяти параметров оценки. Опросник Карлссона – Петерсона (англ.: Karlsson Ankle Function Score, KAFS) активно используют в зарубежных исследованиях и описывают в литературных источниках. KAFS составлен на английском языке, и до настоящего времени официальная адаптированная версия на русском языке отсутствовала.</p><p>Цель работы — произвести межкультурную адаптацию на русский язык и комплексную психометрическую валидацию русскоязычной версии опросника KAFS для клинического применения у пациентов с хронической латеральной нестабильностью голеностопного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 60 пациентов на этапе предоперационного обследования в состоянии клинической стабильности. Проведён перевод и адаптация опросника KAFS по методологии ISPOR. Все пациенты заполнили опросники KAFS и AOFAS-AHS. Повторное анкетирование проходили 39 пациентов через 7–14 дней. Оценены: внутренняя согласованность (α Кронбаха), тест-ретест надёжности (ICC), стандартная ошибка измерения (SEM), минимально значимое различие (MDC), крайние эффекты, конструктная валидность.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Русская версия опросника KAFS показала высокую внутреннюю согласованность (α = 0,826) и хорошую воспроизводимость (ICC = 0,720). SEM составила 2,89, MDC — 7,95 балла. Потолочные и этажные эффекты отсутствовали. Обнаружены значимые корреляции между итоговыми баллами опросников KAFS и AOFAS-AHS.</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. В рамках произведенного исследования русскоязычная версия опросника KAFS показала нам достаточную надежность, валидность и чувствительность. Опросник является хорошим инструментом для оценки функции и состояния голеностопного сустава.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Русскоязычную версию опросника KAFS можно активно применять в практике врачатравматолога-ортопеда как в клинической деятельности, так и в исследовательских целях. Данный опросник показал свою чувствительность при оценке функционального состояния голеностопного сустава у пациентов с хронической латеральной нестабильностью.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction In 1991, J. Karlsson and L. Peterson proposed a system for assessing the functional state of the ankle joint. This questionnaire assesses pain, activity, instability and disturbances inf daily activities using nine assessment parameters. The Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire has been used actively in foreign studies and literature sources, but despite its widespread use, its original version is in English, and until now there was no official adapted version in Russian.</p><p>The aim of the study was to translate, cross-culturally adapt and psychometrically validate the Russian version of the Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire for clinical use in patients with chronic lateral instability of the ankle joint.</p><p>Materials and methods The study included 60 patients at the preoperative examination stage in a state of clinical stability. The Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire was translated and adapted according to the ISPOR methodology. All patients filled in the Karlsson – Peterson and AOFAS-AHS questionnaires. A total of 39 patients were re-administered after 7–14 days. The following measures were assessed: internal consistency (Cronbach's α), test-retest reliability (ICC), standard measurement error (SEM), minimally significant difference (MDC), extreme effects, and construct validity.</p><p>Results The Russian version of the Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire showed high internal consistency (α = 0.826) and good reproducibility (ICC = 0.720). SEM was 2.89, MDC was 7.95 points. There were no ceiling or floor effects. Significant correlations were found between the final scores of the Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire and AOFAS-AHS.</p><p>Discussion The study demonstrated the reliability, validity, and sensitivity of the Russian version of the Karlsson – Peterson questionnaire.
