Синдром «висящей стопы» при нейропатии малоберцового нерва существенно нарушает опороспособность и качество жизни пациента.Цель работы — оценка клинической эффективности метода Bridle в сравнении с артродезом и изолированным тенодезом при хирургическом лечении пациентов с синдромом «висящей стопы», вызванным нейропатией малоберцового нерва.Материалы и методы. Проведено ретроспективное исследование 27 пациентов, разделённых на основную (n = 14, метод Bridle) и контрольную (n = 13, артродез или тенодез) группы. Использованы шкалы AOFAS и ВАШ. Анализировали сроки реабилитации, необходимость ортезирования и частоту осложнений. Средний срок наблюдения составил 2,3 года.Результаты. В основной группе отмечено значительное улучшение функций: повышение показателя AOFAS с 38 баллов до 82, снижение боли по ВАШ с 6,8 до 2,1 балла, уменьшение потребности в ортезах. В контрольной группе улучшения были менее выраженными (AOFAS: повышение с 37 до 65 баллов; ВАШ: уменьшение с 6,7 до 3,9 балла). Частота осложнений составила 14,3 % против 38,5 %.Обсуждение. Методика Bridle обеспечивает восстановление тыльного сгибания при сохранении подвижности голеностопного сустава. Результаты демонстрируют её преимущество в функциональном и реабилитационном аспектах при изолированной нейропатии без выраженных деформаций.Заключение. Операция Bridle является высокоэффективным, суставосберегающим методом лечения пациентов с синдромом «висящей стопы», обеспечивающим лучшие клинические исходы по сравнению с альтернативными вмешательствами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction Foot drop syndrome due to peroneal nerve neuropathy significantly impairs limb support and  patient quality of life. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical effectiveness of the Bridle procedure compared to ankle arthrodesis and isolated tendon transfer.Materials and methods A retrospective analysis of 27 patients was performed, divided into a main group (n = 14, Bridle technique) and a control group (n = 13, arthrodesis or tendon transfer). Functional outcomes were assessed using the AOFAS and VAS scales, along with rehabilitation duration, orthotic use, and complication rates. The mean follow-up period was 2.3 years.Results The main group showed significantly better outcomes: AOFAS score improved from 38 to 82, VAS score decreased from 6.8 to 2.1, and the need for orthotic devices was reduced. In the control group, improvements were less pronounced (AOFAS: 37→65; VAS: 6.7→3.9). The complication rate was 14.3 % in the Bridle group versus 38.5 % in the control group.Discussion The Bridle technique restores active dorsiflexion while preserving ankle mobility.
