Для учета мнения пациента при оценке состояния стопы и/или голеностопного сустава при разных патологиях международное ортопедическое сообщество рекомендует использовать специально разработанные опросники, которые заполняют сами пациенты.</p><p>Цель работы — провести валидацию русскоязычных версий опросников FADI и FAAM и апробировать их у пациентов ортопедического профиля до и после хирургического лечения патологии передних отделов стопы.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включены 100 взрослых пациентов с патологией передних отделов стопы при наличии показаний для операции (средний возраст — (52 ± 12,1) года, 97 % — женщины), из общего числа пациентов 26 % — спортсмены. Все пациенты заполняли опросники FADI и FAAM до и через 2 мес. после операции, а также опросник SF-36 и шкалу LEFS — до операции.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Значение α – Кронбаха для шкалы повседневной активности обоих опросников — 0,91; шкалы спортивной активности — 0,94. Воспроизводимость опросников показана на основании высоких значений ICC (≥ 0,992) и отсутствия изменений (ES &lt; 0,01) у пациентов в стабильном состоянии. Удовлетворительная конструктная валидность подтверждена значимыми корреляциями между шкалами повседневной и спортивной активности опросников, критериальная валидность — между углом тыльного сгибания в ПФС1 и шкалами повседневной (p &lt; 0,001) и спортивной активности (p &lt; 0,05) опросников. Конвергентная валидность FADI и FAAM подтверждена на основании корреляций показателей по шкалам со шкалами SF-36 и LEFS. У пациентов с нарушениями в объеме движений средней/ тяжелой степени повседневная активность по FADI и FAAM хуже, чем при отсутствии нарушений / лёгких нарушениях. После операции зарегистрировано существенное улучшение по шкалам опросников у пациентов, не занимающихся спортом (p &lt; 0,001). У спортсменов после операции значимо улучшилась спортивная активность (p &lt; 0,05).</p></sec><sec><title>Обсуждение</title><p>Обсуждение. Ограничением исследования является выборка, состоящая преимущественно из пациентов с одним видом ортопедической патологии (вальгусная деформация стопы), с большой долей пациентов женского пола. Кроме того, все пациенты проходили лечение в одном ЛПУ. В дальнейшем целесообразно апробировать русские версии опросников FADI и FAAM у пациентов с другими патологиями стопы, а также провести многоцентровые исследования с использованием данных опросников.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. По результатам апробации опросников FADI и FAAM в российской популяции пациентов установлено, что они чувствительны к изменениям в состоянии стопы / голеностопного сустава у пациентов, которым показано хирургическое лечение патологии стопы. Продемонстрированы надежность, валидность и информативность применения опросников FADI и FAAM у пациентов с патологией стопы, в том числе у спортсменов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Introduction Self-administered questionnaire recommended by international orthopaedic community is a practical instrument for use in pathological conditions related to the foot and ankle.</p><p>The objective was to validate the Russian-language versions of the FADI and FAAM questionnaires to be filled out by orthopaedic patients with forefoot disorders before and after surgical treatment.</p><p>Material and methods The study included 100 adult patients with forefoot disorders to be surgically treated. The average age of the patients was 52 ± 12.1 years with 97 % being females and 26 % being athletes. The  patients completed the FADI and FAAM questionnaires preoperatively and at 2 months after surgery and they were requested to fill out the SF-36 questionnaire and the LEFS scale preoperatively.</p><p>Results The Cronbach's α value was 0.91 for activities of daily living and 0.94 for sports measured with both questionnaires. The reproducibility of the questionnaires was demonstrated by high ICC values (≥ 0.992) and no  changes (ES &lt; 0.01) in stable patients. Satisfactory construct validity was confirmed by significant correlations in activities of daily living and sports activities; criterion validity was confirmed by the dorsiflexion angle in the MCP1 and the daily (p &lt; 0.001) and sports activities (p &lt; 0.05). Convergent validity of the FADI and FAAM was identified with correlations measured with SF-36 and LEFS. Patients with moderate/severe impairment in range of motion had worse functional status scored with the FADI and FAAM as compared with those who had no/mild impairment. A significant improvement was seen postoperatively in non-athletes (p &lt; 0.001). Sports activity significantly improved postoperatively in athletes (p &lt; 0.05).</p><p>Discussion A limitation of the study includes the sample consisting mostly of patients with one type of  orthopaedic pathology (valgus foot). Another limitation is that the majority of patients were females, and the patients were treated in the same health care facility.
