В работе рассматривается проблема хронического остеомиелита с позиций, в ряде случаев обходимых либо не учитываемых практикующими врачами. Представлены микробиологические, клинико-фармакологические, патоморфологические и патофизиологические аспектывоспалительного процесса костной ткани. В представленном обзоре также изложены иммунологические особенности течения хронического остеомиелита, а также современный взгляд на данное заболевание как на междисциплинарную проблему.
The paper discusses the problem of chronic osteomyelitis from the positions that are either circumvented or not taken into account by practitioners. Microbiological, clinical, pharmacological, pathomorphological and pathophysiological aspects of the inflammatory process of bone tissue are presented. The review also outlines the immunological features of the chronic osteomyelitis course, as well as a contemporary view on this disease as an interdisciplinary problem.
