Усовершенствовать методы лечения открытых переломов с помощью локального стимулирующего воздействия на остеогенез метаболитами Bacillus subtilis 804, содержащими фактор роста фибробластов. Материалы и методы. В работе мы использовали модель открытого перелома бедра. Через доступ 1 см 112 крысам была выполнена остеотомия средней трети бедра с последующим интрамедуллярным остеосинтезом спицей. 56 крысам опытной группы в область перелома вводилось 0,2 мл метаболитов Bacillus subtilis 804, 56 животным группы контроля было введено 0,2 мл 0,9 % раствора натрия хлорида. Выполнялись клинические наблюдения и гистологические исследования. Результаты и заключение. Обнаружено, что метаболиты Bacillus subtilis 804 обладают стимулирующим действием на репаративный остеогенез и ускоряют консолидацию переломов в эксперименте.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose. To improve the methods of treatment of open fractures by local stimulating impacting osteogenesis with Bacillus subtilis 804 metabolites containing the fibroblast growth factor. Materials and methods. In their work the authors used a model of open femoral fracture. They performed osteotomy of the middle femoral third via 1-cm approach with further intramedullary osteosynthesis using a wire in 112 rats. They infused 0.2 ml of Bacillus subtilis 804 metabolites into the fracture zone of 56 rats of the experimental group, 0.2 ml of 0.9% sodium chloride solution – into the fracture zone of 56 rats of the control group. Clinical observations and histological investigations performed. Results and conclusion. As it was found, Bacillus subtilis 804 metabolites possessed a stimulating effect on reparative osteogenesis and accelerated fracture consolidation in experimental animals.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
