Представлен результат эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава у больного после успешной ликвидации распространенного гнойно-воспалительного процесса тазобедренного сустава, бедра при наличии ложного сустава с укорочением и комбинированной контрактурой. Анализ достигнутого результата позволяет утверждать, что метод чрескостного остеосинтеза способствует обеспечению стойкой ликвидации хронического гнойного процесса и созданию благоприятных условий для последующего эндопротезирования. Данный подход позволил получить положительный результат лечения.
A result of the hip replacement presented in a patient after successful elimination of extensive pyo-inflammatory process in the hip, femur in the presence of pseudoarthrosis with shortening and combined contracture. It can be suggested by the result analysis that transosseous osteosynthesis technique promotes the persistent elimination of chronic purulent process, as well as the creation of favorable conditions for subsequent replacement of the joint. This approach has allowed to achieve a positive result of treatment.
