Проведен анализ публикаций, а также материалов, представленных в сети Интернет, по различным методикам коррекции формы ног с использованием аппаратов внешней фиксации. Перечислены применяемые способы предоперационного планирования, типы аппаратов, варианты корригирующих остеотомий, типы перемещений костных фрагментов, методики оценки результатов. Определены недостатки применяемых методик и направления их дальнейшего совершенствования.
The publications and the materials presented in Internet on different techniques of lower limb shape correction using external fixators analyzed. The used techniques of preoperative planning, types of devices, variants of correcting osteotomies, types of bone fragment transfers, techniques of result scoring described. The shortcomings of the techniques used and the directions of their further improvement identified.
