Отмечено преимущество данного метода для лечения наиболее сложной и бурно прогрессирующей комбинации пороков, который позволяет выполнить одномоментную радикальную коррекцию с минимальным риском неврологических и интраоперационных осложнений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The authors present a clinical case of using «Pedicle subtraction osteotomy» (PSO) technique for treatment of congenital Type III kyphosis according to Winter in 10-year-old child. They note the advantage of this technique for treatment of the most complex and rapidly progressive combination of defects which allows performing acute radical correction with minimal risk of neurological and intraoperative complications.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
