Показано, что у животных с нарушением проницаемости субхондральной зоны позвонков темпы формирования сколиотической деформации выше и выраженность ее больше в сравнении с животными без таких нарушений зон роста позвонков, что позволит использовать данную модель для изучения формирования сколиоза и эффективности методов его коррекции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The model of forming the spine scoliotic deformity caused by the segmental disorder of vertebral subchondral zone penetrability has been developed experimentally in dogs. It has been demonstrated that the rates of forming the scoliotic deformity are higher in animals with vertebral subchondral zone penetrability disorder, as well as the deformity is more marked in them comparing with the animals without such disorder, and this will allow to use this model for studying the formation of scoliosis and the effectiveness of its correction methods.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
