The system of rehabilitative treatment of patients with congenital pseudoarthroses of leg bones is based on using the technologies providing bone mass increase in pseudoarthrosis zone through adaptation of bone fragments with their mutual descending, splitting, paired bone use, osteoplasty of different variants, intraosseous reinforcement and biocomposite material use.
