Приведенные алгоритмы будут полезны как для специалистов травматологов-ортопедов, так и хирургов, а также врачей общей практики, которые курируют этих пациентов. Акцент сделан на профилактику тяжелых посттравматических деформирующих остеоартрозов и на типичные ошибки, допускаемые в лечении этих больных. Авторы надеются, что эта работа уменьшит процент инвалидизации пациентов с внутрисуставными переломами в России.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article is devoted to the problem of complex treatment of patients with intra-articular fractures out-patiently. The algorithms presented will be useful for specialists in traumatology and orthopedics, as well as for general surgeons who supervise these patients. The problems of preventing severe posttraumatic deforming osteoarthroses and the typical errors made in treatment of such patients are emphasized. The authors hope that this work will reduce the percentage of disability for patients with intra-articular fractures in Russia.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
