Выраженность болевого синдрома и степень остеоартроза тазобедренного сустава многие авторы оценивают при помощи различных шкал и тестов, что иногда ведет к затруднениям при сравнении результатов исследований. В настоящей работе проведено сравнение показателей шкалы ВАШ, индексов Мак-Гилла, Лекена, Womac, Харриса у 69 больных коксартрозом 2-3 стадии. Выявлены коэффициенты корреляции и уравнения регрессии при сравнении различных показателей, в том числе и при сравнении с рентгенологической оценкой степени остеоартроза
Many authors assess the pain syndrome manifestation and the hip osteoarthrosis degree by using different scales and tests, that sometimes leads to difficulties in comparison of the study results. The comparison of VAS values and MacGill, Lecken, Womac, Harris indices in 69 patients with coxarthrosis of 2-3 stage has been made. Correlation coefficients and regression equations have been revealed while comparing different values, including those for comparing with radiologic osteoarthrosis degree assessment.
