Описана морфорентгенометрическая диагностика остеоартроза коленного сустава у больных пожилого возраста. Дана количественная и качественная оценка анатомических структур сустава. Обоснована роль диагностических критериев в определении тактики лечения гетерогенного гонартроза в зависимости от тяжести дегенеративно-дистрофического процесса.

Morphoradiometric diagnostics of the knee osteoarthrosis in elderly patients is described in the article. Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of articular anatomical structures is discussed. The role of diagnostic criteria for determining the treatment tactics of heterogenic gonarthrosis depending on degenerative-and-dystrophic process severity is substantiated.
