Отдаленные результаты прослежены у 18 (75 %) больных, в 100 % случаев отмечены хорошие и удовлетворительные результаты лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>24 patients with closed patellar fractures have been treated within the period of 2004-2009 using the combined method of treatment consisting in arthroscopy to diagnose the degree of the knee soft-tissue structure damage, arthroscopically controlled correction of patellar fragments and subsequent application of the Ilizarov fixator different modules. Long-term results have been traced in 18 (75 %) patients, good and satisfactory results of treatment have been observed in 100 % of cases.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
