В эксперименте на 128 взрослых собаках изучено влияние условий высокогорья на показатели системы гемостаза при применении нейтрального и дистракционного чрескостного остеосинтеза по Илизарову. Показано, что на всех этапах изменения происходят в направлении гиперкоагуляции с подавлением фибринолитической активности.
The influence of highlands on the hemostasis system values has been studied under the conditions of using the neutral and distraction transosseous osteosynthesis according to Ilizarov. The changes towards hypercoagulation with fibrinolytic activity suppression have been shown to occur at all the stages.
