Проведено гистологическое исследование операционного материала от 14 пациентов с повреждениями предплечья и кисти циркулярной пилой и фрезерным станком, что позволило уточнить представления о специфических механизмах травмы, вызывающей особый вид дегенерации нервных волокон, которая существенно отличается от валлеровской и снижает шансы морфо-функционального восстановления нерва.
The histological study of surgical material from 14 patients with forearm and hand injuries, induced with a circular saw and milling machine, has been performed thereby giving the possibility to define more exactly the insights into specific mechanisms of the injury, which leads to the nerve fiber degeneration of particular type, which differs significantly from Wallerian one and reduces the chances of nerve morphofunctional recovery.
