Минска, на базах кафедры травматологии и ортопедии БГМУ в период с 1997 по 2004 годы. Инфицированные трофические пузыри имели место у 10 пациентов, некрозы кожи и подкожножировой клетчатки – у 6, пролежни костными отломками большеберцовой кости – у 3, острый футлярный синдром – у 3. Лечение больных проводили методом внеочагового компрессионно-дистракционного остеосинтеза.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The observations were analyzed in 22 patients with complicated closed leg shaft fractures, treated within the period of 1997-2004 in the Minsk traumatological hospitals, being the bases of the traumatology and orthopaedics faculty of the Belorussia State Medical University. Infected trophic bullae were observed in 10 patients, necroses of skin and subcutaneous fat – in 6 ones, bedsores caused by sharp tibial bone fragments – in 3 ones, acute sheath syndrome – in 3 patients. The technique of extrafocal compression-distraction osteosynthesis was used for treatment of the patients.</p></trans-abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title></ref-list><fn-group><fn fn-type="conflict"><p>The authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest present.</p></fn></fn-group></back></article>
