Изучены методами компьютерной и магнитно-резонансной томографии количественные параметры нормальной картины мягкотканного компонента тазобедренного сустава 50 взрослых пациентов, обследованных по поводу патологии органов малого таза, без жалоб и признаков изменений в области тазобедренного сустава в трех возрастных группах: первая группа от 18 до 35 лет, вторая группа от 36 до 55 лет, третья группа 56 лет и более. Определены зависимости показателей плотности при КТ от особенностей структуры тканей. Средние значения плотности для отдельных мышц в норме тесно связаны с особенностями структуры мышечного брюшка каждой мышцы, высокие цифры соответствуют мышцам с невысоким содержанием жировых и соединительнотканных прослоек, низкие цифры свидетельствуют о большем содержании прослоек. Возрастные колебания плотностей и размеров позволяют точнее оценить вовлечение в патологический процесс каждой мышцы.
Using CT and MRI techniques, the quantitative parameters of the hip soft-tissue component normal picture have been studied in 50 adult patients examined for the pathology of small pelvis organs without complaints and changes in the hip area in three age groups: the first group from 18 to 35 years, the second one – from 36 to 55 years, and the third – 56 years and more. The dependencies of density values on tissue structure features for CT have been determined. The average density values for separate muscles normally are closely connected with the features of each muscle belly structure, high figures conform to the muscles with the low content of fatty and connective layers, and low ones evidence the higher content of layers. Age-related variations of densities and sizes allow to evaluate the involvement of each muscle in pathological process more exactly.
