Хроническая нестабильность голеностопного сустава в результате повреждения связок дистального межберцового синдесмоза является частым осложнением травм этого сустава и требует оперативного лечения. Изучены истории болезни 45 больных с хронической нестабильностью голеностопного сустава давностью от 3 месяцев до 20 лет. Всем пациентам была выполнена аллотендопластика дистального межберцового синдесмоза с фиксацией его аппаратом Илизарова. Результаты лечения в 90 % случаев оценены как отличные и хорошие, в 10% как удовлетворительные.
Chronic instability of the ankle as a result of damaging distal tibiofibular syndesmosis ligaments is a frequently occurred complication of this joint injuries and requires surgical treatment. Case histories of 45 patients with chronic ankle instability of 5 months-20 years duration have been studied. Allotendografting of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis and its fixation with the Ilizarov device were performed in all the patients. The results of treatment were considered as excellent and good ones in 90 % of cases, as satisfactory ones – in 10%.
