Представлен комплексный подход при реабилитации пациентки со сгибательной нейрогенной и позиционной контрактурой коленных суставов после тяжелой черепномозговой травмы, включающий оперативное лечение с помощью аппарата Илизарова и лечебную физкультуру по индивидуальной программе, позволивший восстановить функцию коленных суставов и способность к самостоятельной ходьбе.
Complex approach is presented for rehabilitation of a female patient with flexion neurogenic and positional contracture of the knees on account of severe craniocerebral injury, including surgical treatment with the Ilizarov fixator and exercise therapy according to an individual program; this approach allows to recover the knee function and the ability of independent walking.
