Проведен сравнительный анализ результатов хирургического лечения больных с дегенеративными поражениями поясничного отдела позвоночника путем разработанных и традиционных способов корпородеза, находившихся на лечении в отделении патологии позвоночника БНИЦТО в период с 2003 по 2006 г. Выявлено, что новые технологические решения при нестабильных формах поясничного остеохондроза дают хорошие результаты лечения, ускоряют процесс остеинтеграции имплантатов, предотвращают их миграцию и сокращаю сроки стационарного лечения.
The authors have made comparative analysis of the results of surgical treatment of patients with lumbar spine degenerative involvements by corporodesis developed techniques and traditional ones, who were treated in BSRCTO department of spine pathology within the period from 2003 to 2006. It has been revealed that new technological approaches for lumbar osteochondrosis instable forms make available to achieve good results of treatment, promote osteointegration process of implants, prevent their migration and reduce the periods of in-patient treatment.
