Проанализированы результаты лечения 73 пациентов с последствиями гематогенного остеомиелита плечевой кости, пролеченных в РНЦ «ВТО» с 1982 года по 2005 год, которым осуществляли дистракционный остеосинтез плеча аппаратом Илизарова. Все больные оперированы по технологиям, разработанным в РНЦ «ВТО» с учетом особенностей течения заболевания. На основании полученных результатов описаны и проанализированырезультаты лечения, ошибки и осложнения, встретившиеся у данных пациентов, а также методы по их профилактике и своевременному адекватному лечению.
The results of treatment were analyzed in 73 patients with humeral hematogenous osteomyelitis sequelae, who had been treated at RISC ―RTO‖ within the period of 1982-2005 and subjected to distraction osteosynthesis of humerus with the Ilizarov fixator. All the patients were operated according to the technologies, worked out at RISC ―RTO‖ in view of the features of the disease process. Based on the results obtained, the authors described and analyzed the results of treatment, errors and complications, observed in such patients, as well as the methods of their prevention and those of timely adequate treatment.
